The room was well-kept and had a comfortable double bed, a great deal. Rewritten: the room was nicely kept, had a cozy double bed, and was a good value.

The atmosphere created was quiet. The hotel had a central position really close to Old Nessebar, restaurants, and shops, concerts and a quiet residential area in the newer part of Nessebar. Nesebar New Town district was worth visiting.

The stuff is very attentive, and the host too. A family room has basic facilities you need. The hotel provides a fantastic service.

The venue is fabulous and clean, with a stunning location near Old Nessebar and South Sunny Beach. the rooms are fashionable and spotless, featuring a spacious round bed. the employees are really kind and nice, providing fantastic service in a quiet ambience.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the new town. The beaches that can be reached by foot are not the best, however a short drive solves the problem. The hotel pool is also extremely convenient. The Old Town is at a 15 minutes walking distance. Good and cheap restaurants are abundant in both New and Old Nessebar. The hotel owner and the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I found the owner, Kris and kate to be friendly, professional and courteious. Nothing was too much trouble and they quickly made their guests feel comfortable. The rooms were a good size and very clean. breakfdast was fabulous.

The location is very good - in a quiet area , but close to beach , old town of Nessebar ,shopping areas , restaurants , Sunny Beach resort ; the staff is friendly and helpful ; good breakfast , comfortable rooms .

I strongly recommend hotel Italia. It is located in new town, at maximum 10 minutes walk to old town. Very good quality/price ratio. Rooms are big and clean. We had an enormous round bed and we slept like queens. The breakfast was excellent. We used sauna and gym and we recommend them, also. We felt like home. The owner was very nice and helpful. I give him a big 10 for hospitality. Hotel Italia, congratulations for the way you treat your guests! Hope we’ll see you again soon!

The staff here were really friendly and super helpful, and the owner was great too. the room was a decent size and had all the comforts we needed, plus the wake-up service was a nice touch! 😊.

Everything was perfect, the host was very friendly and helpful. The room was as we asked for, with a round bed, clean. It was really close to the old town. The breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty. We would definetely come back to Hotel Italia !
